This new 34-unit apartment building of 11,433 sq.ft. and 4 floors use different materials to emphasize each floor and its balconies. The upper floors are mainly built with 3 different colors of horizontal wood siding. Architectural block and metal panels between windows integrate visually the building. The construction began last month.
