Bergman + Partners Architects have been awarded the contract to design, prepare contract documents, and supervise the construction of a residential rental project in Laval.

The Axial Towers, located in Laval, comprise a 12-storey building of 106 apartments of one and two bedrooms, and a 14-storey building of 124 units of one, two and three-bedroom units. The buildings are totally clad in precast concrete panels.

The 12-storey building was complete in late 2016 and the 14-storey building has recently started construction.

Bergman + Partners Architects are working with Syscomax, the general contractor, Ingesca, the developer and co-owner, NKC, the structural engineers, and the Group Desjardins, the mechanical and electrical engineers. The building is slated to be complete by the summer of 2018.
