LIBERTY INDUSTRIAL PARK
This is a parcel of land of approximately 3,000,000 sq.ft. In the City of Ville St-Laurent that is zoned for industrial and commercial uses. There are single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial and office buildings varying between 2 and 9 storeys with underground and surfaced parking. Many of the tenants are from the “Fortune 400” categories.
The park was conceived as having multiple buildings in a landscaped area and all finishes in the same material, precast white panels and blue glass and curtain wall systems so as to present a cohesive project. This complex contains restaurant dry cleaners, gyms and 24-hour security systems (people driving around in trucks continually).
The buildings have also been designed from the outside in with fixed curvilinear shapes so to show interesting and varying façades along a very important and busy circulation artery. This project encouraged the development of the whole area.
